These terms apply when you use this website or book a session with XIVCLIX, a photography studio based in Quezon City, Philippines. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and payments

Reservation fees, the remaining balance, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, delivery and other booking terms are set out on the Booking policies page, which forms part of these terms.

A booking is confirmed only once XIVCLIX has checked your payment receipt. Please make sure the details you give us — names, date, time, venue and contact information — are accurate.

Photographs and content

All photographs, videos and other content on this website are owned by XIVCLIX or used with permission. You may not copy, download, edit or reuse them, including for commercial use, without our written consent.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the site: no false bookings, no uploading files that aren't your genuine payment receipt, and no attempts to disrupt the site or access the admin area without permission.

Accuracy

We work to keep packages, prices and availability up to date, but they can change. The details confirmed for your booking are the ones that apply.

Third-party services

The site links to and embeds services such as Facebook, Messenger and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
