Booking policies
The terms that apply when you reserve a session online.
How online booking works
- Your slot is held for a limited time while you complete payment. If payment is not completed, the slot is released.
- Your booking is confirmed once XIVCLIX checks your deposit receipt.
- The ₱500 deposit is deducted from your package price; the remaining balance is paid on the event day.
- Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms are listed on the Policies page. Where a policy is marked “to be confirmed”, please contact XIVCLIX before booking.
Reservation fee
A ₱500 deposit reserves your date. It is deducted from your total package price.
Refunds
The ₱500 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule or don't show up. If XIVCLIX cannot provide a replacement photographer for a cancellation on our side, all payments are refunded, including the deposit.
Cancellations
Payments other than the non-refundable ₱500 deposit are refunded for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. If XIVCLIX has to cancel, we will offer a suitable replacement photographer for your approval; if there is none, every payment is refunded, including the deposit.
Rescheduling
The deposit is non-refundable when you reschedule. To move to a new date, a new ₱500 booking deposit is needed for the new slot.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the event. Photos and videos are released only once the package is fully paid, and the editing timeframe starts from full payment.
Editing turnaround
Edited photos and videos are ready 10 working days after full payment (weekends and holidays not counted). Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Photo and video delivery
Files are delivered through a Google Drive account you provide, or another online storage we agree on. RAW photo files are not included; raw video clips are available.
Transportation fee
A transportation fee of at least ₱200 applies, depending on the venue's location. Additional travel charges may apply for farther venues.
Overtime
₱1,199 per additional hour beyond the service duration on your invoice.
