Data deletion instructions

Facebook data

This website doesn't use Facebook Login and doesn't collect or store any data from your Facebook account, so there is no Facebook data for us to delete. The XIVCLIX Facebook app is used only to publish the studio's own portfolio events on our Facebook Page.

How to request deletion

Contact XIVCLIX by email to rodylorenso23@gmail.com, on Messenger or by text or call to 0994 070 2535 with the subject “Data deletion request”.

Include your full name, the email address or mobile number you used, and your booking reference if you have one, so we can find your records.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the same email address or mobile number before deleting anything, so no one else can delete your information.

What we delete

Your inquiry messages, your booking details and the payment receipts you uploaded, along with the matching entries in the studio's calendar.

What we may need to keep

If a booking involved a payment, we may keep a basic record of that payment for as long as accounting and legal requirements need it. We'll tell you if anything has to be kept, and why.

Confirmation

We'll reply to confirm once your data has been deleted.
