How do I book a session?
Go to Book a Session, choose a service and package, pick an available date and time, enter your details, and pay the reservation fee online. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is verified. You can also message XIVCLIX on Facebook to ask questions first.
What photography services are available?
XIVCLIX covers events and creates styled photoshoots. See the Services page for the current list, including debut and birthday, pre-nup, and kids and themed portraits.
What are the package prices?
Prices are shown on the Packages page for every package that is open for online booking. If a package shows “price on request”, message the studio for a quote.
How much is the reservation fee?
A ₱500 deposit reserves your date. It is deducted from your total package price.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
The ₱500 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, reschedule or don't show up. If XIVCLIX cannot provide a replacement photographer for a cancellation on our side, all payments are refunded, including the deposit.
How do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the event. Photos and videos are released only once the package is fully paid, and the editing timeframe starts from full payment.
How long does editing take?
Edited photos and videos are ready 10 working days after full payment (weekends and holidays not counted). Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
How are photographs delivered?
Files are delivered through a Google Drive account you provide, or another online storage we agree on. RAW photo files are not included; raw video clips are available.
Can I reschedule a booking?
The deposit is non-refundable when you reschedule. To move to a new date, a new ₱500 booking deposit is needed for the new slot.
What happens if I cancel?
Payments other than the non-refundable ₱500 deposit are refunded for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. If XIVCLIX has to cancel, we will offer a suitable replacement photographer for your approval; if there is none, every payment is refunded, including the deposit.
Can I request a custom concept?
Yes, you can share your concept, mood board or theme in the notes when you book, or message the studio beforehand to talk it through.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash or bank transfer.
Is there a transportation fee?
A transportation fee of at least ₱200 applies, depending on the venue's location. Additional travel charges may apply for farther venues.
How much is overtime?
₱1,199 per additional hour beyond the service duration on your invoice.
