Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book: your name, email address, mobile number, chosen service, package, date and time, and, if relevant, the number of participants, venue and any notes you add.

When you send an inquiry: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.

If you pay by QR, the payment receipt you upload (which may show your name and account details). Receipts are stored privately and only the studio can view them. We never ask for card numbers or passwords.

Why we use it

To schedule and confirm your session, process your reservation payment, contact you about your booking, and keep records of payments and changes.

We add your booking reference, session details, name and mobile number to the studio's Google Calendar so the team can prepare for the session.

Who we share it with

Google (studio calendar) and our email provider (booking emails), only as needed to provide the service. You pay the studio directly through your own e-wallet or bank, so no payment processor receives your booking details. We don't sell your information.

Facebook

This website doesn't use Facebook Login and doesn't receive any information from your Facebook account. XIVCLIX uses a Facebook app only to publish our own portfolio events on the XIVCLIX Facebook Page.

Video highlights on this site are Facebook videos. Facebook's player loads only after you press play; from then on, Facebook's own privacy policy applies to that player.

Cookies

We use two essential cookies: one so the intro screen shows only once per visit, and one to keep the studio's admin signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for the booking and for accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete inquiry messages at any time.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use. Contact us using the details below.
